Webservice request seems to be processing forever when Collaborative Editing is enabled on the process (Doc ID 2861171.1)

Symptoms

When triggering a logic that sends webservice requests to an external system the Action seems to be processing forever.

The behavior has been observed when the below CPQ API's are being triggered by the external system, as a response to the initial request (the list could be larger):

-GET FILE ATTACHMENT REST

-GET TRANSACTION SOAP

-EXPORT ATTACHMENT SOAP

Changes

 Collaborative Editing has been enabled on the process, the same setup is functional on Single User
