Symptoms
Unmatched Accrual Balances infolet "Difference" bar is displaying value equal to receipt accruals
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Since AP Invoice is created, expect Difference will not show in Unmatched Accrual Balances infolet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Accounting (for Payables Modules)
2. Run "Transfer Costs to Cost Management "
3. Run "Match Receipt Accrual"
