22A :Performance Document Approver is unable to view details in approval notification

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 22A is applied, approver level 1 (line manager's manager) is receiving blank notification for Performance document approval with only Approve and Reject buttons enabled.
If he accesses the page from Performance overview > receive "Approval in Progress" message with blank page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as approver 1 > Click on notification.
2. Opening of notification takes some time and then blank notification is produced
3. Go to My Team >Indirect reports PD > Can see the message "Your approval is required. See Details"
4. When clicked on see details > loading takes time and then blank page is produced with message as "Approval in Progress" on top.
