System Override Date not working in Case of batch execution through Streams.

When we try to pass the system override date in Feature Configuration and submit batches, the batch parameter desired execution date gets populated with the system override date, but when we try to submit the batch through stream/scheduler, then the current date is populated to batch business date instead of system override date. Attached is the evidence document with complete screenshots of the issue when replicated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
System Override Date added in Feature Configuration: C2M-GENSYSTM
Batch job submission: The batch business date remains blank, but Desired execution date gets
updated with System Override Date.
The batch Run tree indicates the same System override date:
Stream triggered:
Batch Job submission page:
The system override date is not populated in the Desired execution date field.
