PRC:POZ: 22A Post Upgrade: Supplier Portal/TCA Users Are Failing to Sync to IDCS (Doc ID 2861492.1)

Symptoms

 Post 22A update - User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store job is not synching Supplier Portal Users to IDCS.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Supplier user account in FA;
  2. Execute the 'User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store job';
  3. In the job log file the Supplier user account fails to sync to IDCS with the following error: 'User is inactive prior to process it';
  4. It was verified that the user account is ACTIVE in FA prior to sync.
