Symptoms
Post 22A update - User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store job is not synching Supplier Portal Users to IDCS.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Supplier user account in FA;
- Execute the 'User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store job';
- In the job log file the Supplier user account fails to sync to IDCS with the following error: 'User is inactive prior to process it';
- It was verified that the user account is ACTIVE in FA prior to sync.
