Run Process Lease Payments does not process the payments to AP

Steps:

1. Setups Complete for Lease Integration to AP (Note 2782503.1)
   System option for BU has AP Integration = Yes
   Payments have following accounts configured - Lease liability, payables clearing, payables liability, non-compliance    expense account
   Accounting Methods for lease has Lease pay Approval event added.
2.  Create Lease with Payments, No PO# given
3.  Run Process Lease Payments
   - Payment Process = Approve
   - Export to Payables = Yes
    >>No failures reported.
