Details

Primavera P6 Cloud Service and Primavera Unifier Cloud Service SSL certificate will be updated 23Apr22 4am GMT.

Most customers will not be impacted by this SSL certificate update.

Customers who have interfaces requiring SSL Client Certificate to be explicitly imported will be impacted.

 

Actions

If your organization developed custom web-service interfaces that require explicitly importing SSL client certificates, download and import the updated SSL client certificate on or after 23Apr22 4am GMT.

  1. Go to your P6 and/or Unifier Cloud Service URL on or after 23Apr22 4am GMT.
  2. Download the updated SSL client certificate.
    • If you are not familiar with how to download SSL client certificate, please see "SSL Certificate Download Steps for Browsers" note below.
  3. Import the updated SSL client certificate.
    • If you are not familiar with how to import, please refer to your custom web-service interface documentation.

SSL Certificate Download Steps for Browsers

  • Note - Browser menus and options may change from version to version, so if your browser menus/options are not the same as below, please check your browser's documentation.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL field
  2. Click the arrow to show connection details
  3. Click More Information
  4. On the Security tab click View Certificates
  5. Click the Details tab
  6. Click Export
  7. Save the file.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL field
  2. Click View Certificates
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Click Copy to File
  5. The export wizard will launch.  Accept the defaults when clicking next thru the wizard
  6. Save the file.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL field
  2. Click View Certificate
  3. Click Export to file
  4. Save the file.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL field
  2. Click View Certificates
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Click Copy to File
  5. The export wizard will launch.  Accept the defaults when clicking next thru the wizard
  6. Save the file.

Apple Safari

  1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL field
  2. Click the SSL certificate and drag it to your desktop which will automatically export the certificate for you.
