ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Have an employee who has a back dated change to Annual Salary to period 44/2019 (Jan 2020). The event notification has been created correctly. However when the Retroactive payroll calculation is run retroactive element entries are only created back to period 44/2020 (Jan 2021).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As the employee has a backdated change to annual salary to period Jan 2021 (44/2020) expect retroactive element entries to be created up to that period.
