Symptoms
Charge line charge allocation status is in error and cannot be deleted.
On deleting the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: xx, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Receipt Accounting
2. Open task list > > 'Manage Trade Operations'
3. Query the trade operation with the issue.
4. Click on trade operation line in error.
5. Attempt to delete the line.
6. Get the error above.
