Automatic Remittance Batch fails with the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced using following steps
1. Manage Internal Payee - Setup 2 routing rules based on receipt method
2. Run Automatic Remittance Batch
3. Check logs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot settle credit card payment for the receipt
