On dc_clearance.dat - error while loading with No threads available

When attempting to run RPM_CLR_DATA_CONVERSION_JOB job the error below is displayed.


ERROR

"No Threads to process... Exiting"

Checking the RPM_DC_CLEARANCE table there are the following 3 errors from this loaded file:

• Invalid Reason Code
• Invalid Item
• Invalid Zone

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1: Generate the dc_clearance.dat file
Step 2: Place in the SFTP folder
Step 3: Place the .complete file
Step 4: Run the RPM_CLR_DATA_CONVERSION_JOB
Step 5: Notice the error in the log
