Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The value reported for employees in the Overtime column in the MCR report is double the value of overtime received in that month for those employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The overtime column in the MCR report should show the correct amount.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. My Clients Group - Payroll - Submit a flow
2. Run MCR process - Observe the Overtime column and the amount shown is incorrect.
