Symptoms

When accessing Online Help within the P6 Professional application, the URL https://<*.com>/.../F51301_01/.../.../*.htm is opened and the following error occurs.

404
We're sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is no longer available.

This happens irrespective of the URL string contained in the Online Help URL field in the P6 Web Application Settings.
