Symptoms

The cost preprocessor is failing with error Process
rolled back and aborted due to SQL Exception on
CmrRcvPreProcessor3/insertCstDtlsErrors: ORA-00001: unique constraint
(FUSION.CST_TRANSACTION_ERRORS_U1) violated cmr preprocess failed due to an
UnknownException. cmr preprocess failed due to an UnknownException.

1.Cost accounting
2.Run create cost accounting distributions
