Symptoms


System Defaults 'Item Level ' and 'Diff Type' not applied for Price Changes.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Price change group create, Add items by: default is set to "Item" and expected to be set as "Parent diff".

Steps to reproduce:


1. Set system option with system defaults for Price change:
Item Level : Parent diff
Diff type: color
2. Create a price change group , noticed that Add items by: default is set to Item and expected to be set as Parent diff
