Assets With One Month Life Are Not Getting Completely Depreciated In the First Depreciation Period (Doc ID 2862800.1)

Users have some assets in TAX book. They have life as 1 month and Prorate convention as actual Month and depreciation method is STL. So those assets are supposed to be depreciated in the same month in which they are capitalized. But looks like there is NBV equivalent of 1 month depreciation is remaining in the asset.
This is the first time users are facing this issue. Its worked as expected till last month.
