Fusion US Payroll: 1095-C Is Missing for a Few Employees (Doc ID 2862808.1)

Symptoms

Employees were ACA full-time for at least a month during the calendar year. Employees decline medical coverage (waived). During the draft mode (audit data), the missing employees appeared there. However, these employees didn't reflect on the final update resulting in no 1095-C generation.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Ensure the employee is ACA fulltime for a least a month during the calendar year.
  2. Ensure the employee Waived Medical coverage for the months that the employee is qualify.
  3. Run Archive End-of-year ACA information process
  4. Review the result and did not see the missing employees
