Symptoms

After upgrade, the existing TAB Account Rule Conditions disappeared and were replaced with an error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
1. Setup maintenance--> Purchasing--> Manage Accounting Rules
2. Open the accounting rule
3. Click the rule and see the condition
