Steps to reproduce:

1. Create "On the fly Purchase Order " in EICS
2. Check whether message(DSDReceiptCre) processed successfully from MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE in EICS
3. The order is expected to flow in MFCS but in RIB-RMS following error message found:
