Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing records into Unifier via CSV, the application is taking too long to create the records. These records include attachments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Records created via CSV import should complete in the same amount of time it took before the upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attempt to import records into Unifier via CSV, which includes attachments.
2. Observe the application is taking too long to create the records.
