Unable to communicate purchase order to supplier. Document does not arrive in OBN.
An error is displayed in CMK

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up B2B
2. Create a purchase order from punchout requisition
3. Approve the purchase order
4. Supplier does not receive the purchase order
Check OBN
> no message
Check CMK
> Error message is displayed
The message cannot be processed message status is not active
