Symptoms

Performance of simple navigation is taking a long time
For example
Click "Sign In" to launch home page
Click Navigator > Overview
Click "Home Page" icon
Click Navigator > Task
Click Navigator > Data Migration

A Fiddler trace might show that loading an image .jpg, .png, or .gif or a place holder loremipsumdolorsitamet for the image that is taking a long time.



Changes

 Added a Logo Image or Background Image
