Symptoms

An application fails to upgrade, stopping on the last step
"Added import for the Alta icon font"
and gives the error "[VBDT ERROR vbdt/platform/api/migrator/Migration]: TypeError: c.includes is not a function" in the console

 

Changes

This issue occurs when attempting to upgrade an existing application runtime and JET version.
