CN-1575105 Error Adding Performance Measure With Different Credit Category to an Existing Per Event Plan Component (Doc ID 2863283.1)

Symptoms

User getting validation error CN-1575105 when trying to add a performance measure with different credit category or no credit category to a Per Event plan component.

ERROR
You can't associate the performance measure {MEASURE_NAME} to this plan component, because it has different credit categories. (CN-1575105)
All of the performance measures associated with this plan component, where process transactions equals individually, must have the same credit categories.

 

STEPS
Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Plan Components  (eg. Multi-Credit Category Per Event PC 1 )
1. This plan component has [ Calculate Incentive ] = Per event  with the following performance measures :
    Performance Measure                       Credit Category            Measure Formula
    Multi-Credit Category Ind PM1       CC1                               Credit Amount * 0.5
    Multi-Credit Category Ind PM2       CC1                               Credit.Credit Amount * ( Credit.Credit Amount / Measure.Interval Target )


2. When adding performance measure "Multi-Credit Category Ind PM3" which has different credit category = CC2 to the plan component , get error message.

OR

3. When adding performance measure "Multi-Credit Category Ind PM4" with no credit category and measure formula = Measure.Multi-Credit Category Ind PM1.Output * 0.25  , get error message.
