Symptoms

When modify the transaction via the application, the Split Percentage round to 3 decimal places.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    Credits and Earnings > Manage Transactions > Create or Edit
    Set [ Split Percentage ] = 20.123456 .  After save, the value is stored as 20.123
    After save, the value is stored as 20.123
    Note: If change any field on the transaction in the UI, save will round the Split Percentage value.
