The Creation Data Is Missing from a Business Process Record Audit Log (Doc ID 2863578.1)

When a Non Workflow Business Process (BP) record is created through Copy option, the record's auto log does not show the Create Action. The record status does not change and record shows as draft.

The create action should show in audit log, and the record status should reflect the correct status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Shell > Non Workflow Business Process.
  3. Click on gear icon next to a record and select Copy without Attachments.
  4. On Right Hand Side pane navigate to Audit log tab and observe the Event and Action.
  5. There is no create action.
