FAW: Promote Object Failing When Migrating Semantic Changes From Dev Instance To Test (Doc ID 2863840.1)

Symptoms

Having all customizations in FAW Dev instance. Then created a new FAW Test instance and now trying to migrate the contents from Dev to Test Instance.

The migration request gets accepted but it fails after 30+ minutes.

All environments are on same version KPIs where able to be migrated through Promote Objects Utility. Only Semantic migrations gets failed after sometime.
