Shipment Start Time Not Redriven As Expected With Actions 'Unassign Order Buy' (Doc ID 2864118.1)

Symptoms

You have two orders - for EPD at 9 AM and 10 AM. You bulk plan the first order.  The shipment start time will be 9AM.

Then you add a 2nd order to shipment with Actions 'Move Order to Shipment' - the start time moved to 10AM.

If you then remove that 2nd order with Actions 'Unassign Order Buy' - the expectation is that the start time should change to 9AM as this is date from the only order left on shipment.

Instead it stays with the old order information of 10AM.
