ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loading a new hire from Fusion HCM using the Worker HDL file with Source Keys, the load completes successfully, but the associated Assignment changes are not found within the Fusion HCM UI, nor the back-end Database or DB Tables
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process to load a new employee should update the Assignment records within the Fusion HCM UI as well as the back-end Database or DB Tables
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create a new employee using the Worker HDL file successfully
2. Unable to find the associated Assignment changes within the Fusion Fusion HCM UI, nor the back-end Database or DB Tables
