Inbound Shipments Interfaces Stuck On Input Interface ORA-00001 Unique Constraint ADMIN.IBSCL_UKEY (Doc ID 2864556.1)

Symptoms

Three Inbound Shipments interfaces stuck on the input interface.

On our production environment, we have three inbound shipment stuck on the Input Interface with the error message:

Exception creating IB Shipment Container Lock: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.IBSCL_UKEY) violated,QA

The shipments are: 260772, 260696, and 260262.

If I look for those shipments on the Inbound Shipment UI screen, I could not find these shipments, so I don't know why Warehouse Management is finding duplicated records.

We need to receive those shipments into the system.
