On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Cost Management

When attempting to Review cost accounting processes for past process ids following message was observed

Mapping does not exist for component mapping group code IHHN_COST_COMPONENT_GROUP and set name Common Set and cost component code ORA_MISCELLANEOUS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review cost accounting processes
see the error records
