Accessing your Service Instance URL from My Services is failing with below error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into My Services using the SSO credentials
2. From My Services try to log into OTM or GTM service instance url
3. The end results is "Invalid user name or password. Please try again. " from the application
