When P6 <Admin Superuser> Exports P6 XML Type Job Status Fails and View Log Output Contains 'No Such File or Directory' (Doc ID 2864814.1)

Symptoms

When a P6 <Admin Superuser> exports a project using P6 XML type the job status fails and View Log output contains '(No such file or directory)'.

FAILURE LOG DETAILS:

ERROR

/../.../.../p6js/ExportedFiles/... |... - DD 03-08-22_2022-04-13-20-57-50-670/... -DD03-08-22_2022-04-13-20-57-50-670.xml (No such file or directory)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 as <Admin Superuser>
  2. Attempt to export with only 'Export .xml as a compressed file'
  3. Allow system to process, job status shows as failed
  4. View log says - No such file or directory.
