FAW No Data Combination for COUNTRY and YEAR in Filters, But it Shows in Table (Doc ID 2865075.1)

Symptoms

When using the HCM - Workforce Core subject area seeing data disappear when using any year other than current year (ie 2022).

For example if choosing year 2021 no data for any countries for filters on the report. The other behavior is that when we pivot the data using 2021-2022 the job name column is removed from the pivot completely.

Using the HCM - Workforce Core subject area to create a new Workbook and a table visualization.

Selecting following dimensions:
   "HCM - Workforce Core"."Time"."Month"
   "HCM - Workforce Core"."Facts - Workforce Events"."Voluntary TTM Turnover"

   "HCM - Workforce Core"."Time"."Year"
   Common -> Location -> Country
   Common -> Country -> Country Name

Making a filter for Year, and for Country (either Country Name or Country).

The table shows data for many years. (as expected)

Then filtering the year by any other value than 2022, and now there is no value to filter in Country.
