Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Randomly, when an inbound e-mail is received to create an SR, the SR is created but the acknowledgment e-mail is not sent

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the acknowledgement e-mail will be sent for every inbound e-mail that created an SR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send inbound e-mail.
2. SR is created
3. Acknowledgement is not sent to the user that sent the e-mail.
