Goal
JMS Hospital retry adapter is going down with below errors:
ERROR com.retek.rib.j2ee.ErrorHospitalRetryEjb - Exception thrown during error hospital retry with reason code(JMS).
javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception thrown during retry.

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.jms.AQjmsException: Cannot obtain XAConnection

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: ORA-28000: the account is locked
