Record Creation Through CSV Import Fails Without Any Error

When trying to import records through CSV file, the records creation failed without giving any error. When trying to create the record manually using the create Button, it will generate an alert that the Data Element (DE) name must be unique.
The import should be successful, or if there is an error, should produce an error file with the error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login Unifier
- Navigate to Project
- Open the Business Process (BP)
- Import records through CSV file
- Check that the data is not imported
