Symptoms
All sequences under schema RMS_BDI_INT have been reset during 19.3.006 upgrade. This is causing all BDI jobs to fail.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the nightly batch in POM
2. Observe the BDI jobs are aborting with unique constraint error
3. Check the sequences in the RMS_BDI_INT schema, eg . select RMS_BDI_INT.PRICE_CHANGE_OUT_SEQ.nextval from dual
