Goal

On: 21A version, Environment Related

The GDE initial export CCS batch for FT(C1FT000X) had failed to extract ~122M

records from CCS and so one of the customer had executed GDE initial export
batches to extract Bill Segments (~55M records) and observed performance issues
with Bill Segment GDE Initial export batch (C1BILLGX).
