Error Calling updateBPRecord Service via Web Services: Creator_id Has Invalid Value (Doc ID 2865565.1)

Symptoms

When trying to update the information of an existing register in Unifier via web services, the following error is generated:

ERROR

SOLCER-0007 : 505 - Field: creator_id has invalid value: [CREATOR_ID]

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use Web services with updateBPRecord service
  2. Choose a Partner user
  3. Notice the error
  4. Choose a Company user
  5. Notice the same call works as expected
