Symptoms
Periodic refresh of workspace failing with an error in Production below is the error.
Error:System error occurred java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The user [tenant=null, username= "value" is not a valid user
Steps:
Go to Setup and Maintenance
Search for Task-> Configure Adaptive Search
The Periodic refresh is failing with an error.
Error:System error occurred java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The user [tenant=null, username= "Value" is not a valid user
