ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Unable to Download Contract Terms from Contract page. User wants view Contract terms in editable format. But can not download the file. The word file is empty.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Use should be able to Download Contract Terms for editing

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation Contract > Contract Terms >
2. Terms Action > Download Contract
3. Observe the Word file is empty. No data showing in the Word file.
