Symptoms
When attempting to search for employees on Transfer, promotion, or person management page directory, the employee name did not match the correct person number.
Application returns following error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Environment that was cloned from Prod
2. My Client Groups > Quick actions > Show more > Transfer
3. Search for person
Changes
Data Masking Enabled in the Source Environment.
