How to Revoke Data Access for User other than from UI (Doc ID 2866192.1)

Goal

We are trying to revoke the data access for an user.

Unfortunately, an error message is received

" A record with this combination of values already exists".

The below path to revoke data access was followed:

set up and maintenance-> user and security-> manage data access for users-> search user-> select all records-> click on actions-> revoke data access assignment
