Symptoms
When attempting to create records, the following error occurs.

You do not have permission to access this record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to the environment
- Go to shell
- Go to the Business Process (BP)
- Create a new record and try to open it
- Receiving Alert: You do not have permission to access this record.
