Goal

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Shipping

System is not allowing to over ship in case UOM of Quick Ship Functionality- Over ship tolerance percentage is defined but system does not consider it while Ship Confirm and only allow to select the Secondary quantity as per the interclass conversion defined.
