Base Members Modification for Plan Types is not Reflected in Shared Members (Doc ID 2866280.1)

Symptoms

Customer updated base members in the entity dimension and enabled the members for additional plan types and refreshed the application.

When the properties of the members in the alternate entity structure is checked it is noticed that the shared members do not reflect the same cubes that the base member is valid for.
