'Lock Taken Over' Message Comes Up Frequently During Receiving Process (Doc ID 2866290.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform various actions during the Receiving process on the SOCS mobile application, the 'Lock Taken Over' message appears when there is no other user accessing the receipt. This seems to occur when a few items are scanned and saved in the container.

Steps To Recreate:
On SOCS mobile app:
1. Create receipt for external PO.
2. Scan a few items.
3. Save container.
4. Scan another item into the same container.
