The seeded Performance Final Rating Column is not updating correctly in the Workforce Compensation plan.

- Business uploaded the Performance Final Rating through HDL.
- The Performance Final Rating should be reflected in the Bonus Plan Worksheet but not all employees have the correct rating.
  -There are discrepancies between Talent Rating from Person Management and Talent Rating in Bonus Plan Worksheet.

Why is the "Performance Management Overall Rating" column not correct?

Customer expects to be able to update the column values for "Performance Management Overall Rating.
