Collection Strategy is not getting assigned to migrated transactions
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To have strategy allocated base on customer
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. RUN:
A. Process Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
B. Collections Delinquency Management
C. Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment with parameters BU, Allow strategy to change yes
D. Update Collections Summary Data with option Update
2. Check Collections Dashboard -> strategy is not assigned
BUSINESS IMPACT
